Biography
Christine assists in all areas of litigation work and corporate commercial law.
Her skill set enables her to draft pleadings; lead in the document discovery process; manage evidence such as organize records as per privilege and relevancy, production, and prepare the Affidavit of Records; handles electronic data; prepares and organizes documents for use at examinations, pre-trial, mediation and trial; manages undertakings and written interrogatories; conducts legal research; coordinates and corresponds with experts, such as Doctors and Private Investigators; acts as the liaison with third party vendors; assists in trial preparation; maintains general contact and meets with clients.
Christine’s CORES certification allows her to manage minute books and complete corporate transactions including incorporations, amalgamations, continuations, amendments, share transactions, dissolutions, restorations, extra-provincial registrations as well as dealings involving societies. Outside of law, Christine enjoys spending quality time with her family, being in the outdoors and always running.
